“Beautiful, newly renovated home, with all the amenities and finishing touches that were very appreciated. It was very clean, free of clutter, well decorated. Great open spaces for a toddler to crawl around, with toys and books available. Very walkable location. Would stay here again/recommend to others. Thank you”
Marlene, 09/23/2023
“Adorable place! Easy walk to town. We would love to go back!!”
Erin, 06/30/2023
“The place was immaculate and had little touches that make traveling easier such as fans and sound machines and toys for my niece (age 2). Kitchen was beautiful and had all high end amenities . Walkable to downtown . Would stay again. We even saw deer with 2 fawns in back yard!”
Joyce, 06/22/2023
“Jason’s place is neat, charming, exceptionally clean and well organized. Kitchen is a delight to anyone who likes to cook. There are basket full of toys, books (the small bookshelf is in upstairs’ twin bedroom), booster seat, noise machine, step stool and a sizable backyard that my 3 yo loved to run around. House has central cooling, attic bedrooms also have fans. Location is unbeatable- in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, just a little over 10 min pleasant walk to downtown. Checkin was a breeze, instructions easy to follow. Jason himself was super responsive and answered all my questions promptly. All in all, we had a most pleasant stay and recommend it to others.”
Sarbani, 06/17/2023
“The house was exactly as described in words & photos. Quick access to all that Mystic Seaport has to offer. We appreciated the touches that made the home baby/toddler friendly: basket of toys, booster seat, pack n play, plastic dinnerware, etc. Thank you for sharing your home with others. Would recommend to others!”

“A very charming cottage close to downtown Mystic. Many details are thought of and it is clear that the guests are meant to felt welcome and comfortable. We had a cozy night watching a movie in the back den and all of us enjoyed finding a sound machine in our rooms. It’s not that the neighborhood is noisy (not at all actually!) but those kinds of details let you know you are welcome to rest and relax at the house. Our trip was short and we all agreed we’d happily stay there for a longer visit!”
Anne-Marie, 04/28/2023
“Great location, walking distance to town. The house is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Outside area is private, nicely landscaped and has good parking. I'd stay here again and highly recommend.”
Robert, 08/19/2022
“Jason was a great host. He responded to any questions I had very quickly. The house was clean and organized. There were many toys to help keep my toddler occupied while we were taking a break from exploring Mystic.”
Geoffrey, 08/14/2022
“Such a beautiful home! The location is perfect. A five minute walk to all of the cool places for shopping and food. The house has great amenities! The beds were very comfortable. And they also had items there that helped us with the baby (pack and play and two booster seats). We had the most wonderful and uneventful vacation! Highly recommend!”
